Salary: $108,400–$140,000

What you will do

• Lead the scaled agile delivery model and coordinate PI Planning for a multi-team Agile Release Train.
• Manage sprint cadences, backlog refinement, and cross-team synchronization across engineering, data, and security teams.
• Track program risks and dependencies to maintain delivery transparency for government stakeholders.
• Analyze and report delivery metrics including velocity, lead time to change, and deployment frequency.
• Facilitate demonstrations of working software, AI capabilities, and operational improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and blameless retrospectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT consulting experience with significant agile program management in the federal government space.
• Must pass US Federal Government public trust clearance (U.S. citizens or eligible foreign nationals who lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading SAFe Agile Release Trains in complex data, analytics, or cloud environments.
• Proficiency in agile work management and documentation tools for enterprise-level reporting.
• Ability to align technical backlogs with roadmap priorities and customer decision needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks platform, AWS, or DevSecOps.
• Certifications: SAFe RTE, SPC, Agilist, CSM, or Kanban.
• Experience with Human-Centered Design and the U.S. Digital Services Playbook.
• Background in healthcare or other highly regulated public sector programs.
