Program Director (Federal Data)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, Eastern Time Zone alignment required).

What you will do

• Provide executive accountability for program performance, strategic alignment, and budget governance.
• Lead an integrated, multi-team delivery model covering cloud operations, data supply chain, and AI enablement.
• Maintain a collaborative operating model ensuring customer visibility into code, metrics, and risks.
• Oversee program deliverables including roadmaps, PI Planning, and performance reporting.
• Serve as the primary interface to client leadership, product owners, and security stakeholders.
• Promote sustainable operations and reuse across infrastructure, analytics products, and AI configurations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT consulting with significant agile program management experience in the federal space.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years to pass public trust clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex cloud data or digital services programs for federal stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of CMS policies, regulations, and security expectations.
• Strong grasp of program financials, staffing, and subcontract management.
• Ability to lead teams using SAFe Agile or comparable multi-team delivery models.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise data platforms, public dashboards, or API modernization.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, or cloud/security credentials.
• Experience with cost management, continuity planning, and cross-vendor coordination.
