Salary: $156,000 - $228,800 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of the Falcon program, including financial performance and CPFF contract management.
• Manage a cross-functional team of 12-16 software engineers, data scientists, and systems engineers.
• Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams to ensure mission alignment.
• Oversee program deliverables, schedules, risks, and agile planning activities including sprints and roadmaps.
• Handle staffing, recruiting, and personnel management for the multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with internal finance, contracts, and security stakeholders to ensure operational transparency.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance and current DHS/CBP Suitability.
• 6+ years of professional experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
• Proven track record in government contracting, specifically managing cost and schedule performance.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git-based workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience managing CPFF or T&M contract environments.
• Previous support for Department of Homeland Security, specifically CBP and DHS S&T.
• Technical background in software engineering, data science, or analytics.
• Experience with cloud environments, containerized deployments, and CI/CD workflows.
