What you will do
- Execute heavy proactive prospecting including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead identification to closing, ensuring monthly and annual revenue quotas are met.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans using value-based and challenger-based methodologies.
- Present solutions to C-level and senior executives, negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align sales efforts with corporate goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience.
- 3+ years of dedicated software (SaaS) sales experience.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in transportation, telematics, video safety, or supply chain processes.
- Prior experience in Fleet Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree.
