What you will do

  • Execute heavy proactive prospecting including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead identification to closing, ensuring monthly and annual revenue quotas are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans using value-based and challenger-based methodologies.
  • Present solutions to C-level and senior executives, negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align sales efforts with corporate goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience.
  • 3+ years of dedicated software (SaaS) sales experience.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in transportation, telematics, video safety, or supply chain processes.
  • Prior experience in Fleet Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
