Salary: $95,000 - $119,000 USD per year (plus 50/50 variable compensation)

What you will do
- Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Perform outbound activities to build and maintain a robust revenue pipeline.
- Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and project timelines.
- Manage data and metrics within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners at industry events.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Northeast Region of the United States.
- 3+ years of experience closing deals in SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and accurate forecasting.
- Experience working within an HR-tech environment.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work autonomously.
- Adaptability to new initiatives and fast-paced startup environments.
