Salary: $95,000 - $119,000 USD per year (plus 50/50 variable compensation)

What you will do

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Perform outbound activities to build and maintain a robust revenue pipeline.
  • Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and project timelines.
  • Manage data and metrics within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners at industry events.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Northeast Region of the United States.
  • 3+ years of experience closing deals in SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and accurate forecasting.
  • Experience working within an HR-tech environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Adaptability to new initiatives and fast-paced startup environments.
