What you will do

• Own the end-to-end issue management program, including triage, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Build and improve operational processes, integrating automation and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to drive timely resolution of critical issues.
• Create and maintain reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead execution of major product initiatives, coordinating readiness across cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and establish scalable operating practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology-focused project management, product operations, or program management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience managing issues, regulatory compliance initiatives, risk-related programs, or audits.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and build dashboards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
