What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, builders, and architects.
- Manage sales territories, strategic accounts, and dealer networks across various U.S. markets.
- Conduct in-person customer meetings, product presentations, and job site visits.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Experience within building materials, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in territory management, dealer sales, or strategic account management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales (preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Must reside within or near assigned US territories and be comfortable with regular travel.
