Salary: $60,000 base + performance-based commission (OTE $120,000)

What you will do
- Research target accounts and build high-quality prospect lists using modern enrichment tools.
- Execute multi-channel outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, and opportunity size.
- Book and prepare discovery meetings for account executives, ensuring seamless handoffs.
- Manage all outreach activity and pipeline within HubSpot CRM with high discipline.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align GTM strategies.
Requirements
- Must be located in Minnesota, Texas, or Denver.
- 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Proven track record of building cold pipelines and booking qualified meetings.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
- Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Clay or similar list-building and prospecting enrichment tools.
