TL;DR

Location: Fully Remote, but must be located in Minnesota, Texas, or Denver

Salary: $60,000 base + performance-based commission (OTE $120,000)

What you will do

  • Research target accounts and build high-quality prospect lists using modern enrichment tools.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, and opportunity size.
  • Book and prepare discovery meetings for account executives, ensuring seamless handoffs.
  • Manage all outreach activity and pipeline within HubSpot CRM with high discipline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Minnesota, Texas, or Denver.
  • 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building cold pipelines and booking qualified meetings.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Clay or similar list-building and prospecting enrichment tools.
