What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with educational providers, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders to identify workforce trends and address talent gaps.
- Manage project documentation, including service delivery contracts, training agreements, and program guidebooks.
- Utilize labor market data and metrics to drive results and report progress to leadership.
- Serve as an advisor and ambassador for workforce development best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing.
- At least 6 years of experience in project planning, intervention, and solution deployment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful community partnerships.
- Strong proficiency in project management, decision support, and data analysis.
- Must be a self-driven individual comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience consulting in workforce development or career strategies within the healthcare industry.
