What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs aligned with business needs.
• Build and maintain strategic alliances with educational providers, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders to identify workforce trends and address talent gaps.
• Manage project documentation, including service delivery contracts, training agreements, and program guidebooks.
• Utilize labor market data and metrics to drive results and report progress to leadership.
• Serve as an advisor and ambassador for workforce development best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing.
• At least 6 years of experience in project planning, intervention, and solution deployment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful community partnerships.
• Strong proficiency in project management, decision support, and data analysis.
• Must be a self-driven individual comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
