What you will do

• Partner directly with Executives and VP leaders to shape organizational direction and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead executive-level talent reviews, succession planning, and calibration discussions.
• Advise on organizational structure, role clarity, and team design to support business priorities.
• Assess talent health and provide recommendations to improve critical role coverage and retention.
• Drive large-scale organizational change initiatives and coach leaders through complex talent decisions.
• Leverage people analytics to identify risks and inform high-quality organizational decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in People Business Partnering, talent strategy, or organizational effectiveness.
• Significant experience partnering directly with executive, SVP, and VP leaders is required.
• Demonstrated success in organizational design, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort using data to inform strategic recommendations.
• Must be based in the United States with reliable high-speed internet access.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with strong executive presence.

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development.
• Experience supporting commercial, marketing, or laboratory business environments.
