Salary: $142,500 - $158,500 USD

What you will do

• Design and execute organization-wide DEI initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary operational advisor for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), managing charters and budgets.
• Create practical toolkits and guides to help people managers embed inclusive leadership into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with the People Team to enhance cultural competency in organizational training.
• Partner with People Partners and Talent Acquisition to integrate inclusive practices into recruitment and retention.
• Monitor KPIs and compile progress reports for leadership to ensure program health and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in coordinating or executing workplace DEI initiatives.
• Demonstrated history of advising or leading Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or affinity networks.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and moderate sensitive dialogues in virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Must reside in the D.C. Metropolitan Area to support hybrid office requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Formal certification in DEI methodology or inclusive leadership coaching.
• Previous experience in a media organization, creative industry, or public service environment.
