What you will do

• Define and own brand positioning, narrative, and messaging architecture for the portfolio.
• Establish and maintain brand voice, visual identity, and consistency guidelines.
• Provide directional ownership of the product experience, including digital UX/UI, physical product, and packaging.
• Steer social media presence and the UGC engine to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Partner with performance and creative teams to ensure brand and direct-response efforts reinforce each other.
• Build and lead the brand team while tracking brand health metrics.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in DTC consumer brands, preferably in health, wellness, or supplements.
• Proven track record of building brand and product vision from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of claims-led marketing and building belief within compliance frameworks.
• Experience operating within a performance and direct-response environment.
• Native or near-native English proficiency with strong editorial and aesthetic judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience with the 55-plus demographic.
• Background in creator or influencer ecosystems.
• Packaging and product-marketing expertise.
• Experience launching new brands from zero.
