What you will do

• Own and accelerate revenue growth across Amazon, Shopify, and retail partnerships.
• Manage external agencies for Amazon, email marketing, and social media to ensure performance accountability.
• Lead end-to-end product launches and CRO initiatives on Shopify.
• Implement AI-driven workflows and automations to improve targeting and growth efficiency.
• Coordinate market entry and store localization for the KSA expansion in Q4 2026.
• Present data-driven performance reports and actionable insights directly to the founder.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce growth with a proven track record of revenue impact.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta/Google Ads.
• AI-native mindset with demonstrable experience building automations or workflows using AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and agency performance.
• Experience launching products or brands into new markets, GCC experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, lean environment directly with a founder.
