What you will do

• Own and evolve brand strategy, positioning, and customer proposition to establish the company as the UK's fragrance authority.
• Lead the overarching brand narrative and expression across campaigns, content, PR, social, and retail channels.
• Develop owned authority platforms including expert content, editorial, research, and thought leadership.
• Define organic social media and influencer/creator strategies to build community and brand awareness.
• Set the strategic direction for major campaigns, ensuring long-term brand value and commercial impact.
• Manage brand partnerships and experiential activations, including pop-ups and events.

Requirements

• Significant senior-level experience in brand leadership, preferably in retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or luxury.
• Proven track record of developing brand strategies that improve differentiation and commercial performance.
• Expertise across brand, content, social, PR, and integrated campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and creative judgement.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders within complex organizations.
