What you will do

• Lead the strategy, technology, and team responsible for the entire creator lifecycle, from sourcing to long-term retention.
• Expand a global creator ecosystem and develop long-term relationships with high-performing talent and representatives.
• Scale creator whitelisting and partner with Growth and Creative teams to maximize paid media performance.
• Build scalable operational systems for outreach, contracting, and reporting, leveraging AI for efficiency.
• Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and operating rhythms to lead a high-performing global organization.
• Identify new platforms and creator trends to ensure a sustainable competitive advantage in the creator economy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent organizations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing influencer marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of creator economics, whitelisting, licensing, and performance marketing.
• Experience managing thousands of creator relationships at scale.
• Strong operator mindset with a bias toward ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Preference for candidates based in the United States or Canada.

• Experience leading influencer organizations within high-growth agencies or creator platforms.
• Experience building creator communities, ambassador programs, or creator marketplaces.
