What you will do
- Plan, build, and deploy one-time, recurring, and triggered email campaigns.
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies, including promotional and transactional journeys.
- Create and manage complex automated workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based programs.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement, conversions, and deliverability.
- Monitor sender reputation, data hygiene, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Analyze campaign metrics and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Experience customizing templates within Shopify, BigCommerce, or WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail for quality assurance.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
