What you will do

  • Lead CRM strategy and end-to-end projects for professional subscription products.
  • Manage and mentor a CRM Executive to ensure executional excellence.
  • Develop cross-channel trigger and lifecycle communications using data-driven insights to encourage repeat use.
  • Own the go-to-market (GTM) CRM strategy for new product launches and new market opportunities.
  • Create marketing content to support upsell, cross-sell, and brand affinity.
  • Implement test-and-learn plans using Iterable for personalization and automation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a CRM role.
  • Must be based in Spain.
  • Strong experience with CRM/ESP platforms like Iterable or Braze.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex multi-channel lifecycle automation.
  • Experience using data visualization tools to make decisions and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude to improve workflow efficiency and analysis.
