Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote (United States). Priority given to candidates near Grand Rapids, MI, Denver, CO, or Chicago, IL for hybrid work. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: CO, IA, IL, ME, MA, MI, NY, NC, OR, SC, TX, UT, VT, VA, or WA.

Salary: $50k-$60k base, plus eligibility for bonus plan (up to 25% of salary)

What you will do

• Support the onboarding of new customers onto the software platform.
• Manage initial software setup, including major setup changes and overhauls.
• Provide technical support and training to ensure successful adoption.
• Coordinate project timelines and hold stakeholders accountable to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with customers to solve implementation problems of varying difficulty.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or a related role.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states (CO, IA, IL, ME, MA, MI, NY, NC, OR, SC, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous and competing priorities.
• Availability for some weekday evening hours and occasional travel.

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of experience in software sales, account management, onboarding, or technical support.
• Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.
• Bachelor’s degree.
