Salary: $65,972 - $72,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage the implementation and account needs for StudySync users within an assigned region.
- Design and deliver product training, webinars, and professional development sessions for educators and district leadership.
- Coordinate with administrators, coaches, and teachers to ensure successful program implementation and customer success.
- Track all customer lifecycle activities, communications, and sales opportunities using Salesforce.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer requests to ensure seamless product usage.
- Facilitate the end-to-end customer journey from initial onboarding through to renewal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in K-12 education (6-12 preferred), classroom teaching, or administration.
- Must reside within 50 miles of San Francisco (SFO), Denver (DEN), Portland (PDX), or Phoenix (PHX) airports.
- Willingness and availability to travel within the USA up to 40% of the time.
- Experience leading professional development or product training sessions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office/Google Suites.
