Salary: $161,280 – $197,120 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to meet and exceed sales goals for rare disease medications.
  • Create awareness around rare disease states and deliver education to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their staff.
  • Manage strategic accounts and leads with a focus on business development and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine product messaging and identify local market needs.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company SOPs using CRM tools like Veeva.
  • Represent the company at HCP conferences and coordinate speaker programs within the geography.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (science or business preferred).
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in diverse roles.
  • Clinical experience selling specialty or rare disease products across multiple states.
  • Proven track record of delivering top sales performance and managing expansive accounts.
  • Proficiency with Veeva, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to obtain hospital credentials, including passing a drug test.
