What you will do

• Broadcast product innovation through high-impact feature launches and consistent market messaging.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into customer value stories that drive conversion.
• Architect AI-powered marketing systems for automated content, segmentation, and predictive lifecycle triggers.
• Partner with product and growth teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
• Design and execute conversion experiments across landing pages, email, and in-app surfaces at high velocity.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle messaging, including onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back flows.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in at least two areas: lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, funnel strategy, or email programs.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio of high-converting work.
• Proven track record of experimentation with quantified business impact and data fluency.
• Must demonstrate ability to operate at 3-5x output using AI-powered workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
