Salary: $167,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do

• Shape growth trajectories and strategic visions for brands through audience understanding and landscape analysis.
• Direct core brand strategy practices including definition, architecture, and naming.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to build and execute strategic brand directions.
• Define opportunities, insights, and frameworks for creative partners to deliver commercial impact.
• Develop internal processes to facilitate efficient and effective strategy development.
• Manage and coach a team of business, brand, and creative strategists.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving brand strategy and creative work across digital, AI, and experiential environments.
• Experience developing brand strategy for broad ecosystems, including campaigns, messaging, and product strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and persuading senior client leadership.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding New Mexico and Hawaii)
