What you will do

• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned projects within pharmaceutical client accounts.
• Coordinate the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure promotional compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Management to develop timelines, communicate milestones, and manage project scope.
• Lead internal teams to develop successful marketing communication programs and strategies for payers.
• Support new business initiatives, coordinate pitch presentations, and identify organic growth opportunities.
• Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and financial forecasting reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management within a pharmaceutical agency.
• Proven experience with direct client contact.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Veeva or Zinc online submission systems for MLR reviews.
• Experience with pharmaceutical drug launches.
• Background in writing SOWs and project briefs.
• Degree concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising.
