What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic business development.
  • Develop trusted relationships with pest control business owners and executive decision-makers.
  • Recommend AI-powered marketing and technology solutions tailored to specific business challenges.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly recurring revenue goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to a high-performing, team-first culture.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pest control industry selling software, technology, or business solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and independently closing new business.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a hunter mentality.
