What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic business development.
- Develop trusted relationships with pest control business owners and executive decision-makers.
- Recommend AI-powered marketing and technology solutions tailored to specific business challenges.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly recurring revenue goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to a high-performing, team-first culture.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- 2+ years of experience in the pest control industry selling software, technology, or business solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and independently closing new business.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a hunter mentality.
