Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 base salary (Total Target Compensation: $290,000 - $300,000).

What you will do

  • Manage a high-value portfolio of hospitals, providers, and imaging centers within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and account expansion.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, manage complex pricing, and negotiate contracts.
  • Execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with strategy and customer success teams.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals through rigorous pipeline management and reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and conduct customer site visits.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Lower Manhattan or Long Island.
  • 5 to 8 years of customer-facing sales experience in Medtech or Medical Devices, with at least 3 years in a closing role.
  • Successful sales experience in a startup environment.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts and conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in digital health, SaaS, or SaMD sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced data analytic tools.
