• Establish experience metrics and service standards to measure program effectiveness.
• Enable People Business Partners to focus on strategic workforce planning and organizational design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading large-scale People Operations, HR programs, or employee experience functions.
• Strong product-mindset with the ability to design intuitive, scalable processes.
• Expertise in leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead internal communications and drive organizational change.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
