What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of regional in-person and digital events to align with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and external partners.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership to define event objectives and success metrics.
• Oversee on-site operations, including setup, registration, staffing, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Measure event success using KPIs and provide comprehensive post-event analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous event management and production experience.
• Experience managing hotel BEOs, contracts, room blocks, and audio-visual orders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually to support on-site event operations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Swoogo and Salesforce.
• Proven experience in venue contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of and interest in information security markets.
