What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve operational processes across the organization to eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Execute company-wide strategic projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, and HR to optimize internal workflows.
• Create and maintain executive KPI dashboards to track service delivery metrics and operational health.
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and team utilization.
• Evaluate and implement technology and AI tools to drive operational automation and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business management.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, technology, or cybersecurity organizations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, managed services, or cybersecurity compliance environments.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other operational certifications.
• Experience implementing AI-driven business processes.
