What you will do

• Transform existing processes into interactive and user-friendly workflows by analyzing gaps and documenting current states.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery to customers.
• Lead the launch of NPI and new initiatives in collaboration with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
• Utilize project management skills and AI tools to maintain project tracks and communicate progress to executive management.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product Management, UX, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Support.
• Lead projects involving collaboration across various geographic teams.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in program/project management, ideally within the networking and security industry.
• Strong working knowledge of collaboration tools including Atlassian/JIRA, Microsoft SharePoint, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Santa Clara, CA.
• Ability to independently manage operational aspects of projects with minimal instruction.
