Global Events Manager, Registration & Event Tech (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the registration strategy and event technology ecosystem for the global events portfolio.
• Lead the administration, optimization, and governance of registration platforms, specifically RainFocus.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, IT, CRM, and Sales Ops to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI-powered solutions to enhance attendee experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track registration performance and event ROI.
• Oversee onsite registration operations, including check-in and troubleshooting for flagship events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 8+ years of experience in registration operations and event tech for large-scale enterprise events.
• Deep expertise with enterprise registration platforms (preferably RainFocus).
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, APIs, and data governance.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (6-8 trips per year).
• Proven experience leveraging AI technologies to streamline workflows and drive business outcomes.
