Salary: $200,000 – $230,000

What you will do
- Own full-funnel marketing analytics from paid media through lifecycle journeys.
- Lead and scale an AI-augmented analytics team to automate reporting and accelerate experimentation.
- Execute a marketing test-and-learn agenda to provide clear business recommendations.
- Partner with the ML team to evolve MTA, MMM, and incrementality measurement frameworks.
- Manage martech vendor relationships and evaluate new data sources to enhance product capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience.
- Expertise in attribution modeling and marketing measurement (incrementality, MMM, or multi-touch attribution).
- Strong SQL skills with experience in large datasets and modern data warehouses.
- Proven track record of improving CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated industries.
- Background in CRM/lifecycle marketing analytics.
- Experience with Martech/CDP platforms and vendor evaluation.
