TL;DR

Head of Marketing Analytics (Fintech): Leading full-funnel marketing analytics and scaling an AI-augmented team to drive growth with an accent on attribution modeling, incrementality frameworks, and performance measurement. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid)

Salary: $200,000 – $230,000

hirify.global is a high-growth consumer fintech platform backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, dedicated to fixing the financial system through integrated banking, lending, and investment services.

What you will do

  • Own full-funnel marketing analytics from paid media through lifecycle journeys.
  • Lead and scale an AI-augmented analytics team to automate reporting and accelerate experimentation.
  • Execute a marketing test-and-learn agenda to provide clear business recommendations.
  • Partner with the ML team to evolve MTA, MMM, and incrementality measurement frameworks.
  • Manage martech vendor relationships and evaluate new data sources to enhance product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Expertise in attribution modeling and marketing measurement (incrementality, MMM, or multi-touch attribution).
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in large datasets and modern data warehouses.
  • Proven track record of improving CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated industries.
  • Background in CRM/lifecycle marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Martech/CDP platforms and vendor evaluation.
