Senior Analyst, Client Insights (Ecommerce)

Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $124,000 - $145,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the analytical bridge between Sales and merchants, creating financial narratives and pricing models.
• Partner with Merchant Success to demonstrate ROI and support renewal conversations.
• Design and deliver performance dashboards and reports tailored to merchant needs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive roadmap improvements based on data.
• Work with the Risk and Data team to translate fraud analysis into clear, merchant-facing insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or TAM roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics and consumer brand benchmarks.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
