Salary: $155,800 – $199,500 (based on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Drive alignment on core business metrics and define the single source of truth.
• Lead end-to-end deep-dive analyses on high-stakes business questions.
• Apply causal inference and statistical rigor to quantify tradeoffs and elasticities.
• Partner with senior product, marketing, and operations leaders to proactively surface insights.
• Translate business logic into documented metric definitions and a robust semantic layer.
• Mentor team members and set the standard for reproducible, high-quality analytical work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative decision-science.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states of operation.
• Deep SQL expertise and extensive experience with data warehousing.
• Strong statistical foundation with proven ability to separate correlation from causation.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of influencing business decisions through evidence-based recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or real estate.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics (LLMs, self-serve tooling).
• Proficiency with Snowflake and dbt.
