TL;DR

VP, Amazon Analytics (Fintech): Leading portfolio analytics for the Amazon Credit and Payment portfolio with an accent on strategic growth, portfolio performance, and customer experience. Focus on driving end-to-end analytics delivery, segmentation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to inform business strategy and marketing prioritization.

Location: Must be based in the US, with a requirement to commute to a hirify.global Hub for in-person engagement.

Salary: $135,000 - $230,000 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end analytics delivery including problem definition, data mining, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Client teams to design and evaluate lifecycle and targeted campaigns.
  • Drive ongoing portfolio performance reviews and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience while achieving growth and profitability goals.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to analysts, prioritizing work across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Act as an analytics and strategy advisor for large initiatives, leading measurement approaches and performance readouts.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 9+ years of relevant experience in marketing/portfolio analytics.
  • 3+ years of analytics experience within platform, commercial, or business growth focus.
  • 3+ years using statistical analysis and data warehouse tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R.
  • 3+ years leading large-scale analytics projects.
  • 1+ year in a client-facing role influencing business decisions.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics).
  • Experience in credit card product and lifecycle marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or Birst.
  • Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and leveraging third-party data.
