What you will do

• Lead a team of Portfolio Analytics Architects as a player-coach, managing objectives, goals, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the end-to-end data validation process for client data conversion projects.
• Develop scalable data analytics processes for validation using Databricks.
• Write custom Python logic to detect large-scale data anomalies and automate remediation.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations to streamline implementation workflows.
• Handle recruiting, onboarding, and career development planning for the team.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics.
• 2+ years of experience in Technology, Finance, or Consulting.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL with a strong understanding of ETL fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or other cloud-based distributed data platforms.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and experience with complex investment datasets.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with investment management software implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce.
