What you will do

• Partner with Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and RevOps to drive data-informed decision making and performance understanding.
• Develop and optimize attribution models, funnel analysis, forecasting, and lifecycle measurement.
• Build data foundations and analytical standards to support broader AI and automation capabilities.
• Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks in collaboration with Finance and Data Engineering.
• Apply Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows for forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics and data strategy within complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with large-scale analytical datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt.
• Expertise with GTM platforms including Salesforce, Marketo, and GA4.
• Experience with modern AI/BI tools such as Hex, Omni, Claude, or Dust.
