What you will do

• Develop and implement a forward-looking IT and security strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the IT and security team to promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Ensure data integrity and security through robust access controls, monitoring, and incident response.
• Manage annual SOC2 recertification and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Design and implement scalable technology infrastructure supporting both cloud and on-premises needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT management with expertise in operations and security.
• Deep hands-on experience in Linux environments and a strong foundation in security best practices.
• Proven track record of leading IT teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Must be based in North America or LATAM.
• English proficiency required (resume must be submitted in English).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
