TL;DR

Senior Marketing Specialist (Events & Partnerships): Managing and executing high-profile conference and partnership strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and event logistics. Focus on building cohesive partnership programs, overseeing vendor relationships, and measuring the strategic effectiveness of event-based marketing initiatives.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $80,000–$105,000

What you will do

  • Manage and execute conference and partnership strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline velocity.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiation, budgeting, and on-site execution for assigned events.
  • Coordinate with partners to drive mutual benefit and fulfill partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure effective event staffing and training.
  • Evaluate, measure, and report on the strategic effectiveness of events and programs.
  • Develop and maintain brand messaging and experience across all event touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Marketing and Events Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Splash, or Zoom.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
