What you will do

• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools.
• Manage audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment.
• Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow through system integrations.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve process efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation via targeted offers and landing pages.
• Coordinate with external vendors to achieve program objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2-3 years of digital or marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot, including performance reporting.
• Experience managing projects and tasks within Asana.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Builder's mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
