What you will do

• Own the field marketing strategy and execution to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
• Design and manage a portfolio of demand generation activities including executive dinners, conferences, and virtual roundtables.
• Execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in partnership with Sales to engage target accounts.
• Create repeatable playbooks for event planning, audience targeting, and post-event measurement.
• Manage field marketing budgets, vendors, and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with Growth, Content, and GTM Engineering teams to align campaigns and messaging.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of executing executive-level events and ABM programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar GTM tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and client programs.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or ecommerce.
• Experience marketing to cybersecurity or CAD/design companies.
• Ability to use AI tools for planning, research, and content development.
