Corporate Events Specialist (Marketing)

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of global industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, executive programs, roadshows, and brand activations.
• Coordinate venue logistics, registration, shipping, travel arrangements, booth assets, signage, giveaways, and promotional materials.
• Maintain event timelines, project plans, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate vendor communications, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Support onsite booth setup, staff coordination, issue resolution, lead management, and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, corporate events, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner portals.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support onsite event execution.
