What you will do

• Plan and execute global events, including industry conferences, trade shows, and regional roadshows.
• Manage event logistics such as venue coordination, registration, shipping, and travel arrangements.
• Develop and coordinate event timelines and project plans to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Handle vendor communications, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate event materials, signage, booth assets, and promotional items.
• Support lead management processes and post-event follow-up activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing, coordination, or corporate events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event execution.
