TL;DR

Senior Marketing Specialist (ABM): Executing and scaling account-based marketing programs and demand generation campaigns across targeted enterprise accounts in North America with an accent on persona-specific messaging and multi-channel strategies. Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (minimum 8 days/month in-office), preference for CT/ET time zones

Salary: $78,400 - $136,950 USD

What you will do

  • Execute 1:few and 1:many ABM programs aligned with regional sales priorities and global frameworks.
  • Design account-centric journeys with persona- and industry-specific messaging to generate new pipeline.
  • Plan and execute multi-touch integrated campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, and social channels.
  • Own campaign performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to refine value propositions and persona-based messaging.
  • Develop scalable campaign playbooks and templates to support business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on ABM or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive pipeline creation and account growth.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the USA and able to work in a hybrid model in Chicago.
