• Write engaging outreach emails and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Handle day-to-day marketing automation tasks and manage marketing databases.
• Manage an advanced funnel of leads and ensure regular communication.
• Test and measure new outreach and marketing strategies for list-building and conversion.
• Collaborate with company leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Utilize data to inform growth decisions and optimize for success.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record in executing successful growth strategies.
• Proficient in major digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup.
• English: B2 required.
