What you will do
- Execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, lifecycle, and early retention for SMB advertisers.
- Build email, in-product, and landing page tests to drive first spend and repeat value.
- Prototype marketing assets and automate workflows using AI tools for analysis and personalization.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ship measurable growth experiments.
- Optimize sign-up, onboarding, and campaign creation flows to improve advertiser education.
- Maintain experiment documentation, QA checklists, and performance readouts.
Requirements
- Experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing with a focus on high-volume funnels.
- Proven track record of shipping campaigns, automations, and conversion initiatives.
- Ability to interpret funnel metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior signals.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate execution, workflow automation, and prototyping.
- Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok for Business, or similar.
- Must be based in San Francisco
Nice to have
- Experience with PLG SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or creator tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting, or no-code/low-code tools to create operational leverage.
