What you will do

• Lead the Dahlgren site team, coordinating daily priorities and aligning analysts and engineers with mission-relevant work.
• Serve as the primary technical authority and day-to-day interface for government and Prime customer engagements.
• Oversee software integration and enforce development standards through hands-on code reviews to ensure quality and security.
• Manage the local personnel lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance appraisals.
• Direct site operations during surge or novel events, managing resources and resolving operational escalations.
• Ensure strict compliance with security, contractual, and corporate policies.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Aerospace, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related).
• 6+ years of experience in space domain awareness, orbital analysis, or missile warning in a cleared environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams in high-tempo operations.
• Working proficiency in Python for code review and integration guidance.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering or Systems/Operations Management.
• Proficiency with ASW, SPADOC, and ATLAS mission systems.
• Experience with Linux (Red Hat), VMware, and DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, Git).
• Security+ certification or ScrumMaster (CSM) / PMI-ACP certifications.
