What you will do

• Manage end-to-end CI/CD workflows for the NodeZero runner container image.
• Spearhead development of software for customer environments to enable proactive defense tuning.
• Build, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on shipping and maintaining software.
• Act as a Product Owner, collaborating with product managers and security researchers.
• Instill engineering culture, including code review standards and robust testing practices.
• Drive high-impact architecture decisions through design documents and structured reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Expertise leading teams that build and operate containerized software (Docker) in customer-managed environments.
• Experience implementing software supply chain practices for distributed edge agents.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or C++.
• Strong understanding of Linux OS-level operations, container runtimes, and networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in opaque, customer-controlled environments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cybersecurity, pentesting tools, or vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with cross-platform agents (Windows/Linux) and endpoint telemetry.
