Salary: $104,500 - $184,115

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations to achieve program cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
• Oversee personnel and resources for the CSEDS Strong Room, Documentation Library, Integrated Support Center Helpdesk, and Data Control.
• Handle contract-related issues, workload planning, and task monitoring to ensure efficient execution.
• Review Earned Value Management (EVM) and prepare for key milestone events such as PDR and CDR.
• Provide adequate staffing, training, and performance adjustments to meet Engineering Program Management requests.
• Communicate program status to senior management and Chief Engineers through MPRs and CERs.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM discipline.
• Technical experience in Systems Engineering or Information Technology.
• Experience with Control Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Proven experience in personnel management and employee relations, including subcontractors.
• Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship are mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination, and advanced planning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading Hardware/Software Engineering or System Integration teams.
• CAM, LM PM, or PMI certification.
• Knowledge of IT processes, tools, and digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of Systems Engineering processes across all phases.
