Salary: $95,000 - $245,000

What you will do

• Manage administrative details, career development, and performance evaluations for a group of 10-15 engineers.
• Lead the integration, testing, and verification and validation (V&V) of complex GN&C systems.
• Collaborate with program managers and customers to develop strategic technology roadmaps.
• Direct internal and external R&D activities and research proposals.
• Serve as the Lead Subject Matter Expert for system validation and deployment.
• Oversee hiring processes, including writing job requisitions and conducting interviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering design, development, and management of complex systems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
• Strong leadership experience supervising teams of 10-20 personnel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and customer audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with strategic weapons, DoD, space, GN&C, or inertial systems.
• Experience in System Requirements development, traceability, and specialized test development (e.g., EGT).
• Demonstrated success in technical leadership roles such as Technical Director or Principal Investigator.
• Existing active US Government Security Clearance.
