AVP, Sr. Product Manager - Agentic Workflows

Location: Remote - USA; regular travel to Walker & Dunlop offices and field locations is required.

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 base annually, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Identify workflow challenges and opportunities for AI-enabled automation through user engagement and observation.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and manage a prioritized backlog of AI workflow initiatives.
• Design, build, test, and iterate AI workflow prototypes using modern AI tools and development platforms.
• Present solutions to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and guide successful workflows into production.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Information Security, Legal, Procurement, and other teams on deployment and governance.
• Define and report metrics covering adoption, operational efficiency, quality improvements, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience delivering AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions into production.
• Experience managing products through discovery, solution design, implementation, and adoption.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to independently prototype AI-enabled solutions and willingness to travel regularly to offices and field locations.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate, mortgage finance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub or GitLab, Python, JSON, YAML, and Markdown.
