AVP, Senior Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Identify workflow challenges and opportunities for AI-enabled automation through direct user engagement.
• Design, build, test, and iterate AI workflow prototypes using modern AI tools and platforms.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog of AI initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, InfoSec, and Legal to transition solutions from prototype to production.
• Define, measure, and report on key performance metrics including adoption and operational efficiency.
• Communicate project priorities and outcomes to executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering AI, ML, or intelligent automation into production.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to independently prototype AI-enabled solutions.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to company offices and field locations.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate, mortgage finance, or other regulated financial services.
• Familiarity with developer tools such as Git, Python, JSON, YAML, and Markdown.
