Principal Product Manager - Focus (AI)

Salary: $163,593–$213,580, $177,390–$231,593, or $197,100–$257,325 base pay depending on geographic pay zone.

What you will do

• Define and own the Focus product vision, roadmap, priorities, and operating plan within Strategy Collection.
• Lead AI-native product development across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, experimentation, evaluation, launch planning, and post-launch learning.
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities for insights, recommendations, progress monitoring, workflow assistance, and decision support.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, platform, data, research, GTM, support, and partner teams.
• Use customer evidence, telemetry, market feedback, competitive insights, and AI-assisted analysis to guide investment decisions.
• Create executive-ready narratives, define quality bars for AI experiences, and proactively manage risks to trust, product quality, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of enterprise SaaS products or complex product areas.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience with AI-native product building, LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, retrieval patterns, evaluations, and responsible AI practices.
• Required experience developing products from 0 to 1, co-building with customers, and managing senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong enterprise SaaS expertise in product strategy, customer discovery, data-informed decisions, administration, governance, integrations, adoption, and scaled operations.
• Ability to lead ambiguous, high-visibility cross-functional initiatives and translate broad problems into focused strategies and execution plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, product judgment, customer empathy, and stakeholder influence.
